They're a starting point for evaluating a deal, not a substitute for a formal appraisal, lender pre-approval, or advice from a licensed financial, tax, or real estate professional. Always verify figures independently before making an investment decision.

Quick Calculators are for fast, one-time estimates. The Master Cash Flow Tracker is built for ongoing analysis — it saves your calculations to your profile so you can track a property's performance over time and project cash flow up to 11 years out.

Subscriptions are billed and renewed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; you'll keep access to Pro features through the end of your current billing period.
