The calculators produce estimates based on the numbers you enter. They're a starting point for evaluating a deal, not a substitute for a formal appraisal, lender pre-approval, or advice from a licensed financial, tax, or real estate professional. Always verify figures independently before making an investment decision.

Quick Calculators are for fast estimates where you use very rough approximates and get quick answers. The Master Cash Flow Tracker is built for more accurate analysis — it saves your calculations to your profile so you can track performance over time and project cash flow and other metrics for up to 11 years after launch.

Subscriptions are billed and renewed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; you'll keep access to Pro features through the end of your current billing period.

Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the subscription hub to restore an active subscription tied to your account.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies, since purchases are processed through their platforms rather than directly by us.

Every account gets a personalized referral code. Share it with friends or colleagues using the native share options in the app, and track which invites convert into new AZ STR Pro users.

Referral rewards follow the current program terms shown in the app. Open the referral section in your account to see what you earn when someone signs up with your code.
