Where does the property data come from?+
Listings come from a live IDX feed connected to the MLS, so the properties you see reflect current, active listings rather than a stale or manually updated database.
How accurate are the calculator results?+
The calculators produce estimates based on the numbers you enter. They're a starting point for evaluating a deal, not a substitute for a formal appraisal, lender pre-approval, or advice from a licensed financial, tax, or real estate professional. How do I cancel my subscription?+
